CORA FIVE

So sorry to read of Cora's passing in Sundays New York Times. We met at Bucknell almost 7 decades ago and connected over the years in NYC. My condolences to Dick ( whom I only met several times) and Ellen who Cora often talked about.

Miss Five was my 3rd grade teacher at Edgewood elementary school and one of my favorite and definitely the kindest teachers out of them all! RIP Miss Five

I first met Cora in Central Park almost 40 years ago. I was running on the reservoir track and met her going the wrong way (clockwise). We were both in education and the conversation became easy. We would meet almost every weekend while running and once did the Trivera Twosome Race together. I continued running marathons over the years and would always see her in the park. I last talked to her about three years ago around her birthday. She was a great friend over the years.

I remember having her as teacher at Edgewood. She was one of the nicest teachers I can remember.

I remember the years with fond memories teaching with you. You were a marvelous teacher of children and adults.
