Not sure what to say?

Alan R taken by girlfriend Joan at Lake Powell about 2013

I knew Craig mostly through mutual friend Ed Glashien. He lived to the "age of a tree" (72), and a tree can tumble. My girlfriend Joan was 74 and probably even more spry than Craig when two strokes within 10 days tumbled her tree. Now that he's not available for questions in ordinary fashion, I'd like to hear more about India, with which I've recently becomed fascinated.

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Craig, but grateful for his service to our nation with the Peace Corps in Ghana.

Our Condolences,
The National Peace Corps Association

Craig has been a friend of mine since 2008. We met at one of the meetups he hosted. We became friends and I've enjoyed many of his house Halloween parties over the years. We shared our love of New York (Brooklyn). I will miss his emails and post cards from India, and long phone conversations. My Halloween's will never be the same without having Craig to share them with. My deepest sympathy to his family and loved ones. He will be missed dearly. Rest in Peace my friend. Eternal rest grant unto...

Craig was a dear friend. I enjoyed many Halloweens party at the Lodge in Brighton, I danced together with him at the party, he would sleep over and enjoy the solitude of the area, many stories he told me about his trips to India and his adventures. He was kind and a simple guy, right down to earth. He will be missed. Giulia
