Dakota was one of my very best friends. I began working full time before he got sick, and every time I would be home from work for the day, he would be in Dartmouth, or in Boston. I didn't have much time to spend with him, and we could barely find the time to hangout once he was sick. He always had his appointments, and I always had work. Dakota was a classmate of mine. I have to admit that I was not close him but from just seeing him in classes and the halls he seemed like he was a great person. I'd always see him with his friends talking and just being happy. I wish I had actually knew him personally. My deepest prayers and sympathy are with his family and friends.
