Dale L. Zimmerman 78 of Harrisburg, died Friday, January 1, 2021 at UPMC Pinnacle Community Osteopathic Hospital. Dale was born in Harrisburg and was the son of the late Irvin and Mable Zimmerman. He was presently employed with West Hanover Twp., with the road crew. He was a life member of the West Hanover Twp. Fire Co. and a member of St. Thomas United Church of Christ. Dale is survived by his wife of 53 years, Cindy Zimmerman; his children, Dean (Jodie) Zimmerman, Derrick Zimemrman and Cathy (John) Kissinger; his grandchildren, Kolton, Codie and Katie; his great-grandson, Karson; his sisters, Helen Bower and Jean Rummel; his brother, Carl Zimmerman. Funeral Services will be private for the family. A Visitation will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 9:30 to 11 A.M. at the Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 6011 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg. Those wishing to attend are asked to adhere to the COVID 19 restrictions and social distancing.
