Not sure what to say?

Sad news to hear about a classmate. It does sound like he had a wonderful life! I hope you will be comforted with wonderful memories!

It is very sad to know I will not hear that laugh nor see that smile again on this earth. D.G. became an special friend almost 40 years ago when we were both at East Carolina. He truly did not meet a stranger. My prayers go out to his family.

‘Smiling bravely', “I followed you on many adventures -- but into the great Unknown Mystery, I go first, Indy...” ~Indiana Jones and the Temple of D

I was just talking about DG and his wonderful contagious laugh just last week. He could change the mood of a whole room with that 'laugh'. I have never met a kinder soul in life; it only stands to reason that it or rather He should endure for an eternity…
“A friend will walk in miles, will share tears and give you smiles and even though paths may sometimes drift apart, true friends never leave the heart.”
~Jeigh Ilano

So Sorry To Hear This I went To School With DG. You All Are In My Thoughts And Prayer May GOD Bless And Comfort At This Time .Janie Page

So sorry for your loss. You and the family will be in my thoughts and prayers

I graduated high school with DG. So sorry to learn of his passing.I have fond memories of our friendship throughout our 4 years at SHS. DG was a great guy and will be missed. Praying for Gods strength and comfort to each of you in the coming days.

So sorry for you loss. I worked with Dan at Catawba Hospital. My prayers will be with the family and Dan.

I worked with D.G. at Botetourt Correctional Center. I could always expect the un-expected from him. The dentist and I were doing a filling on an inmate, then from out of the clear blue, a golf ball comes bouncing in our clinic, never a dull moment! I do know D.G. loved his family and friends. I will truly miss that slow talking, mustached man. God speed D.G., love you! Cathy

Lifting you up to our Father for His grace, peace, and strength to walk this grief journey. May You sense His loving arms around you. Celebrating D.G.'s life and testimony with you and the family.
