Daniel Judson "Jud" Callaghan

I am the Deputy Air Pollution Control Officer at the BAAQMD, appointed in 1979 after Jud's retirement. Being hired at the agency in 1974 I worked with Jud on many cases when he requested engineering assistance. I was impressed with Jud's dedication in doing the right thing and how he supported his staff.
