Not sure what to say?

I clearly remember him being a new young priest when I was a little boy in the 70´s. It was a big deal to the older people. We moved away from Silver St and out of New Britain during that time but would continue to see him occasionally at different functions over the years. Last year I saw Monsignor Dan for the first time in a very long time when I was at Sacred Heart Church for an aunt´s funeral just before his retirement. He lived a very distinguished career of service and I´ll continue to...

Msgr was rector at the Cathedral of St Joseph when we relocated to Hartford. He was an outstanding homilist who we thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated as our pastor. May we all take solace in the belief that he is now enjoying his heavenly reward.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

I tried to shrug it off believing it was just my excitement of the mass, but the glow surrounding him remained a bit longer. I came to believe that God allowed me to see this in his servant Daniel. Monsignor also was the only one who allowed me to cantor at Sacred Heart for over 13 years. Upon one of his last...
