I just now heard of the loss of my friend Dan. Will always remember our friendship and the evening you spent with us at our New Haven home.I pray God comforts you and the family.

God will say to him...Well done my good and faithful servant...who did not bury his talents...but used them to help many others. Happiness...love, Wendy, Peter, David

Love you Mellie and family. Your husband/dad was very productive..made this world a better place! He was very interesting to talk with. I enjoyed it when he tested my son to see if he knew the books of the Bible...he gave a strange name and asked if it was in the Bible....he had great humor. Thanks for all your love and help in our lives. Dan was a great help to the community and all people. You can be very proud of all he did. I am glad he got to spend lots of time with you in...

Not only did we lose a friend, our community lost a man of integrity and honor. Dan was always willing and ready to help anyone and was always pleasant to be around. We always enjoyed his radio shows, his creationism teachings, his open letters in the Stevens Point Journal and his caring attitude for humanity. Heavens arms are open wide as he leaves a huge hole in this community. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Schobert family.
