Not sure what to say?

One of the toughest money bowlers ever. I can thank Dan for all of the laughs and all off the nick names he put on everyone. I really appreciate when someone asks about "The Rye Buzzards" nickname. Thanks for all of the trivia and stories of the old days at Sunset Bowl!! Tell John Buzzard hi up there in paradise Dan.

I was so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. Stunned really because it was so sudden. I met Dan in first grade at Burlington and our paths crossed through the years until we became good friends in college. I always looked forward to seeing him when I was in Billings or he was down here in Colorado. I really miss him. My deepest sympathies to his family.

Dan was a great friend in our teenage years. Many years of fun and laughs at all the bowling lanes especially Sunset Lanes. My condolences to the family

To all of Dan's family: He was a great guy, always ready to smile, and always so nice to me. I hate to think of him gone. Hoping you all have a treasure trove of good memories to draw from. My sympathies.

So sorry Marcey. He was one of the best.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw this. Marcey and family, please know you are in thoughts and prayers. I always enjoyed seeing Dans smiling face at IGA. We shared stories and talked Griz football. He will be missed.

Marcey and family. Really sad to read this in the gazette this morning. Dan and you were great friends in law school Always looked forward to unexpected Dan wit. RIP.
