Darliss M. Pickett

Darliss M. Pickett, 90, went to join her Heavenly Father March 31, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Pickett, and daughter, Terry Ann Roberson. She leaves her son, James Paul, and his wife, Ruth, who she resided with. Jackie Pickett was her caregiver during the last weeks of her illness. She has three grandchildren, Jack Edward Pickett, James Bradley Pickett, and Amy Westerholm, as well as five great grandchildren, Jacob Pickett, Jody Pickett, Maggie Westerholm, Jane Westerholm, and Jack Westerholm.

She was a member of Germantown Church of Christ. She was a seamstress and exceptional cross stitcher. In her younger years, she and Jack loved to travel in their Avon trailer. During their later years, they enjoyed spending the winter months is Florida.

There will be a gathering of family and friends, Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., with services to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Memphis Memory Gardens.
