After graduation from the Institute of Design Darryl and I parted ways. That was until I attended a Chanukah art sale in a Highland Park synagogue in 2008 or so. When I walked in the door to meet a friend, who was exhibiting, I saw a work with Darryl's name on it. I kept an eye out, then saw Darryl chatting with several people. I stood behind them. To all members of the Schiff family... I have known some of you and heard much about the rest of your wonderful and talented family. Molly and Haskell shared images and videos of Darryl´s art with me and after Molly´s passing, Haskell talked of Darryll´s talent and accomplishments. I was aware Darryll was fighting his illness but only today did Haskell tell me he was gone. My deepest and most heartfelt sympathy to all of you who loved him. Sincerely, Janelle Joseph

We are devastated by Darryll's passing. We wish his Family our sincerest condolences. We saw Darryll in Phoenix several years ago and have fond memories of his visit with us. He will be missed. Our Love to all!
