Dear Lisa,

I was so sorry to hear of Dave's sudden passing, my heart breaks for you. He seemed to be someone very special and I would have liked him a lot, I'm sorry we all never met. I know he loved you very much and you made him happy, I hope you can find some comfort in that. I heard a lot of stories from Bruce about he and Dave over the years and I could tell he was a good friend, generous and kind. You have my deepest sympathy.

Dave, we will miss you. You were an inspiring colleague and a truly good person. All my support to your family. So grateful to have known and worked with you and will always remember our dinner with your wife at IBC only a few months ago. RIP.

We will always remember the awesome Halloween parties during the 70's and 80's. Dave's best costume was a Cave manwith a chicken bone in his ear as an earring. Great times!, God Bless.
