To Margo and family, I am so very sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Working by his side for close to 30 years, I can confirm that he was the best loader operator ever , and the very first man that Kevin and I tried to hire when we started Earthworks. He could peel potatoes with that loader. Dependable, skillful, honest, deeply committed to his craft would all be simple ways to describe him, but there was a lot more.
