Not sure what to say?

My condolences to all the family. Having grown up in Concord where everyone knew the Browns, I have great memories of the entire family. May God bring peace to you in the days ahead.
Pat (King) Thames

My condolences go to the family. My family knew the Brown's for a very long time and just live down the street from them. Dave was a very sincere man and I remember him just "shooting the breeze" with me when I was a kid. Dave, you will be dearly missed!

David & family,

We are so sorry for your loss. You're in our thoughts and prayers.

Dave loved baseball. He was a pitcher for the Rustburg High School Red Devils, as a young man. He had good stuff! He was so funny when he was off! I can't repeat things he would say on the mound, when struggling from time to time; but, they'd make an OWL laugh! More than likely, when he told his Children and Grandchildren that he was a pitcher they'd wonder if he was any good "back in his day". I can tell you first hand, he was better than what he would have told you! Dave didn't...

My sincere condolences to the family. Dave was so very well-loved at First Colony-he worked hard, but he was a true morale booster by entertaining his co-workers with his wit and humerous ways. A truly refreshing co-worker. There was no other like him.

I am so sorry for your loss and will be praying for the family. With all my love and prayers.

I just lost my oldest brother, my closest confidant and best friend. To say that Dave and I were close is an understatement. He understood me and I understood him. You never had to wonder where you stood with him because he was a straight shooter and told it like it was. He was the "go to" person for me and gave me great advice when I needed it. I could always go to him and discuss whatever was on my mind. We loved to argue about sports atheletes but we always agreed on...
