CLANCY, David M. - Of Billerica formerly Arlington June 21, 2020. Husband of Amy Clancy of Billerica. Loving father of Max Clancy of Lowell, Jules Clancy of Dorchester and Calleigh Clancy of Billerica, Frank, Matthew and Erin Fitzgerald. Son of the late Peter and Joyce Clancy. Brother of Peter Clancy, Robin Smith, the late Linda Souza, Marsha, Paul and Steven Clancy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours for David will be held, Wednesday July 1, 2020, in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway (Powder House Sq.) Somerville, from 2:00 - 6:00. Relatives and friends invited. Late member, Local 17, Sheet Metal Workers. Face masks required, please.

RIP David - my sincere condolences to the family and to all of us who knew him.

David provided me with my first 2 grandchildren and for that I will be forever grateful. RIP David and forever watch over all of your children.

Dave Right On Clancy was a Good friend, Co-worker And Mentor.

Dave was always cool as a cucumber in the face of adversity. His aptitude was called on many times by his employer to overcome some of the more difficult Jobs I have ever been apart of.

Dave am I met in the winter of 2008. Ill never forget the first time we had to work together was on a job at the Cambridge Library where we where both asked to install the gravity vents in the existing building that was...

I was shocked, stunned, and saddened to learn of David's passing. Brought back many memories of him, and all our other friends growing up. David helped make me the poker player I used to be. Gone way too soon. Much sympathy to his family and children. Best Wishes - Bonnie McLaine
