Sympathy to Elaine and the family on David's death. Appreciated having you both as a part of the Cleveland International Program as host families. Dorothy Faller, Olmsted Falls

Dear Cook Family,

We extend our deepest condolences.
May the memories that you've made over the years help to comfort and strengthen you during this difficult time and in the days ahead.

Greg and Carol Woodbury and Dee Woodbury. We are so glad we got to see Dave at cousin George's wedding a few years ago and know that he will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.

I had the great pleasure of seeing Dave again a few years ago - after half a century had passed! But my Dad (George Callahan, 94, first cousin) has shared his love for Dave throughout the years. The Cook boys are finally together again. God Bless.

My deepest sympathy to the Cook family. Dave was one of the best. Sadly, Ruthann Janosek. Fort Myers Beach, Florida

May the God of all comfort and mercy give the family hope and peace during this time of sadness. Jeremiah 29:11.

I want to express my sympathies to Dave's family. He was such a good friend and advisor to my father, Robert L. Wing over the years. Additionally, Mom and Dad spent many enjoyable evenings with Dave and Elaine, enjoying what Cleveland had to offer. The world has lost a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend to many.

To the Cook family, may God comfort and strengthen you doing this difficult time.
