I am so very sad to learn of Dave's passing. It had been so long since we last and this morning, I thought I would reach out to see how he was doing. So sad... He had been very supportive in the early stages of my business venture. I am sooo very sad...

You were a work colleague, a roommate, a big brother, a boss ... but, most of all you were a friend. Always there with a smile, cheeky grin and a contagious laugh. Missing you already.

I called him "Eddy". So many great memories over the years. Eddy had a sharp wit and matching sense of humor. He will be sorely missed but the memories won't be diminished. Good bye Eddy. Scott Terrall

though I hadn't seen you in forever, will never forget our friendship-playing in Portland, The Lake and The Beach..always figured our paths would cross again but with the way things are it wasnt to be. Thinking of you, your folks, brother and sister-as well as your kids and grand kids -hopefully some day I'll meet up with one of them and be able to tell them the fun we had as kids.
