Not sure what to say?

It seems God needed his best Weatherman up in Heaven so he sent for David. God Bless!

You were always our favorite

My friend. I'm so very happy to have known you. Our front-lawn chats and neighborly banter were always good for me, as was your constant smile. Thank you for all the love, courage, and grace you've shown us. I will miss you dearly. So long friend... and keep smiling.

I watched David on KING-TV while growing up in Seattle. I remember him as a kind person with a passion for weather. Moreover, KING had a one hour newscast at the time. David was supposed to tease his weather forecast during the first half hour. He would start talking about the weather and would almost give away the entire forecast during the tease! He will be missed.

I Remember Watching David on Channel 8 While Visiting My Grandparents in Apollo Beach. My Thoughts and Prayers Are With His Family.

A true gentleman; my prayers to his loving family, friends and collegues.

You are a true gentleman in full. It was one of the great privileges in my life to know you. I will miss forever your humor, grace and dignity. Happy trails, David, and thank you.

I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of my friend from years ago. I will always have fond memories of playing tennis with David against Barney and John at the courts just off Fletcher Ave. R.I.P my old friend and thank you for all you did for our community and for all the good times we had on the courts.

So sad. What a GREAT weather man. Watched him on news 8 all the years David was there. He will greatly missed. I'am sure he will be watching over his family. God Bless
