GRAY, David L. – Of Fenton, age 73, died Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Ascension Genesys Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2019 at South Mundy United Methodist Church, 10018 Linden Road, Grand Blanc, Reverend Tara R. Sutton officiating.
Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Visitation 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Mr. Gray will be at the church after 10 a.m. Thursday.
David was born in Flint, Michigan on April 18, 1946, the son of David and Geraldine Gray.
On February 11, 1991 he married Jan Gilbert.
He served in the U.S. Army for 3 years in Texas and Anchorage, Alaska.
He was a member of South Mundy United Methodist Church; past member of M.P.A. Optimist Club, Flint Bowman, Linden Sportsman, Ten Point, Sportsmans Club for 50 plus years, Flint Area Antique Toy Club and a lifetime member of the NRA.
Dave loved spending time with his family and friends on the lake, fishing and hunting. He treasured his time at the Ten Point, hunting with his dad, brother and grandchildren.
Mr. Gray was a Pharmacist and owner of Bokors Pharmacy.
Surviving are wife, Jan;
daughter, Jennifer (Robert) Canze;
sister, Michele (Paul) Wells;
brother, Dennis (Joyce) Gray;
3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren;
nieces and nephews.
