Not sure what to say?

David Hess good man , Outstanding Marine we served together with 3rd Marine Division Amphibious Recon !

Dave is not forgotten , he was a good Marine !

Dear Sally- Dick and I saw Dave's obituary today and were so surprised and saddened. It has been a very long time since the four of us were together, but we fondly remember the many tennis games, parties, etc. that we enjoyed at countless Advertising functions. Our sympathy to you and your family. Now that we know you have a home in the desert, we hope that we can get together and share some old memories. Jeanne and Dick Ruud

I met Lt. Hess while we were in 3rd Recon Bn. on Okinawa in 58 , his close friends Monier and Roper would have loved a get together for a final time ,they two have passed . Dave was a outstanding Marine and a super nice person !
My regrets to his wife Sally and his family !
