Not sure what to say?

Dave and family - I'm so sorry to hear this news. Love and prayers from our family to all of you.

We will miss Mr. Kullgren greatly. We have had the pleasure of living across the street for a great many years. We loved helping clear his driveway on snow covered mornings as he shared his own fresh baked Pepparkakor (ginger cookies) with us and a bottle of the Swedish Glogg he and his family traditionally made together at every Christmas. He was a wonderful example for all.

David and I knew each other, while growing up , when the Kullgrens lived in Mt. Vernon. Our families moved and we lost track of one another. After meeting David and his wife Jean, more than 50 years later, I found the same warmth and caring qualities that I remembered from many years ago also found in his dad Harry and mother Martha. I am sure that same warmth and caring has been passed down from generation to generation in the Kullgren family. David will be missed, but has left to us...

I have lots of good memories of Dave. He always stepped right up when asked to lead the congregation in prayer, scripture, or greet newcomers. He joked about people asking him to "speed up" his stories, but Dmitted he couldn'tdo that. He made sure we were informed about meetingz with the district and coordinated rides. We joked, he was knowledgeable, realistic, and with humor. Dave guided youth of all ages. When I asked him to talk about his history with our church he not only talked about...

Tom, David & Jenn,

My heart is heavy to hear that Uncle Dave has passed, but I am grateful that he is at peace in Heaven, reunited with Aunt Jean, Uncle Harry, and Aunt Martha.

I don't have a single Christmas memory, from childhood through adulthood, that doesn't have Uncle Dave in it. I feel very fortunate that I, along with Taylor and Chloe, got to visit with him one last time this past Christmas before Covid-19 hit.

I will always remember Uncle Dave as...

Hello Jen, I just heard about your Dad's passing today. It was brought up at church. I haven't seen you in a long long time but having worked with your mother for so long I never forgot you or your dad. Please accept my prayers in my condolences. He was a great man. I share my condolences with the rest of your family as well. Take good care.

So sorry for your loss

Our hearts go out to you and your family. I only spent a few times with him over the years, but I always remember him for his kindness and devotion to his family.
