We are so sorry to hear about David. You all are in our thoughts. Sending our love from the 4th floor Masonic Home ❤

We are so sorry for your loss and lift David's loved ones at this time of sadness.

To David's Family,

I have so many fond memories of David from St. Anne's School. He was a beloved classmate and friend. David was kind, gentle and so brilliant. He was so dear to so many. I will miss him and forever remember David. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

My deepest sympathies for Juileanne and Dr. Dave's family, he will truly be missed. Dr. Dave was always so nice and pleasant no matter what the situation was, he was always there to lend a hand or to answer any questions I had through both my pregnancies. Dr. Dave you will forever be missed and I will be forever grateful that I could call you my friend. May you rest in peace.

My sympathies and prayers are with you, Julieanne and David's family. David, I'll never forget you -- you were my first and closest friend in high school and my best friend throughout my life. I'll always remember our phone conversations about everything from politics to the Tour de France. I will miss you dearly until the day we are together again in Heaven, where I know you are now. Till then, I know you are in the arms of the angels, my friend.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Julieanne and Daves family. My friend... may you Rest In Peace. You will be missed dearly every day. Will always have the great memories of our days at MPS...

On behalf of everyone at Brockton Hospital School of Nursing and our Homeward Bound program our deepest sympathies on the loss of "Dr. Dave". He was instrumental in helping us to get our Homeward Bound program off the ground and utilize in-home technology to keep our patients well. He will truly be missed and was a warm and wonderful physician. I will be making a donation in his memory to our School of Nursing foundation which supports efforts to provide an outstanding education...
