Haven´t seen Dave for years but when I saw the obituary wonderful memories of Dave´s friendliness and eagerness popped immediately into my mind. Truly a special man and I´m sure will be missed by many.. He made an impact on the Olph community sharing his talents. Dave was one of my best friends at Rossford. We solved all of the high school and professional sports problems in our conversations. Barb and me offer our deepest sympathy to Jan and the family.

Dear Matthews Family, So sorry to hear of Dave´s passing. I have such fond memories of him coaching me in my first year of running at NDA! He was a great coach and more importantly, a better man. I will be out of town and unable to visit with you at the Funeral Home or to attend his Funeral. My deepest condolences and know that he is resting in the arms of our Father. May God be with you all during this difficult time.
