Not sure what to say?

I will miss seeing David and his endearing smile. He was such a kind and sweet man.

I will miss you my sweet and loving big brother..Until we meet again.Barbara

May you be in peace you will be so dearly missed by many. I love you uncle Dave. Tonja

Ah David, how you are missed! You were such a blessing to my life, you taught me so much about so many things over the years. I am thankful for the lessons and for your friendship. You lived life well in every way David; but your compassion and generosity to humanity is what stands above and apart to me. While you will be missed by many, the memories you made and left with us will be always be cherished.

I will miss you Uncle David. I have learned so much from you and you will always be in my thoughts, prayers, and my heart. Love, Laura

We enjoyed his humor, love of the arts, uncompromising sense of excellence in his work. We'll miss his good company.

Eve and Fred Simon

Over 50 years ago, David and Eph hosted our wedding reception at their home, and Denny and I were thrilled to be so honored, as I was simply his secretary in the Interior Design Department at J.L. Brandeis. I learned a great deal about design, compassion and fine living from David. His sense of humor brightened every day, and I've thought of him often through the years. Omaha and the world have lost a fine man. My heart is with his family and friends.

David was totally unique - kind, mischievous, funny, irreverent and discerning. I am so glad I got to know him and relished every encounter.

I did not know David well, but I knew his work! He was a towering figure in interior design in our area. I always looked forward to seeing his rooms at the Showhouse. He will be missed. My condolences to his loved ones.
