Not sure what to say?

Auntie Dee, A year has gone by and I'm sure you are still missing your soulmate and grieving your loss. My thoughts are with you today.

Dear Aunt Dee and Family, We have just heard of the loss of Uncle Dave. Michael has many fond memories of him from his childhood and felt he was a special uncle to him. We wished we could have spent more time with him and gotten to know him better. All our thoughts are with you. Michael and Sheila Smith

Dear Aunt Dee and family. I just learned that Uncle Dave has gone home to be with the Lord. He was a man of tremendous depth and caring. I'll never forget some of the truly special moments we shared together on the field before and after our Minnesota vs. Purdue games. He was always a treasured mentor of mine and many others. You and your family can be so very proud of the legacy he leaves behind. Linda and I pray for God's strength and tender hand of comfort to bless all of you.

Dear Aunt Dee and Family,
We were saddened to hear of the loss of Uncle Dave. We have fond memories of him, especially of our time spent together at my brother Tim's wedding. He will be missed. Our thoughts are with you.

Dear Aunt Dee and all Family, Uncle Dave has always been a man that has left strong and wonderful memories in my mind. I looked up to him and left me wanting to know him better. He will be missed by many. God bless you and fill you with strength and peace.

Mailed Christmas cards Thursday morning and then saw Thursday's Vancouver Sun on Friday. A friend saved Mike Beamish's article from the sports section for us.
We will mail it to you. Love M and T

Our sympathy to you and family. We appreciated Dave's visit to Ulen for my mother's (Evelyn Skrien) 90th birthday party in 2004.

Jim Skrien and family

Dear Mrs. Skrien: I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your husband. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your famly.

My husband, Orland ("Ole")Reinsmoen, of Joice, Iowa, (deceased) was 1st cousin to Dave. I wish we had known Dave as well as we did his brother, Rolf (and Gayle). We were always proud of Dave and his career. May your families' love and support suffice.
