David W. Tuggy

I am so saddened by the passing of my good friend and former workmate Dave Tuggy. I had worked with Dave on and off for many, many years at TI/Raytheon and so respected his honest, hard work ethic. He was so gracious to give me and my wife tickets on occasions to see events that he was recording. We really had good times enjoying these events. I will miss Dave, a good, honest person.
