I am so sorry about Dena's passing. She was a very wonderful person. When I lost my husband she was a great help to me. I also bowled on the UMB league with Dena several years ago and my husband always called her Bean Pole because she was so tall and thin. We at UMB will miss Dena alot. My God Be With All of Her Family and I Know She is With HIM.

I had the extraordinary priviledge of getting to know Dena when she always made the nurses smile. The nurses from Community Blood Center will miss her dearly.

I was very sadden to hear about Dena's passing. I knew Dena both professional and personally for over 24 years. She always had a smile for everyone and was truly a good and kind person.
We use to talk about being from northeastern Missouri with her from Green City and me from Callao.
I will truly miss her and wish to express my sympathy to Dena's sisters.

There is an old adage that says that all you can keep is that which you give away. Dena is rich.

I worked with Dena for 16 years at UMB. She was such a joy to know. She always had a wonderful smile, was very understanding and always saw the positive in everything. She was such a genuine nice person and will be greatly missed at UMB. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

All of my experiences with Dena inspired a smile, and many times laughter. Our work environment will be less bright without the chance hallway encounters with her. My heart goes out to her sisters and other family as I know Dena is well loved and deeply missed.

Dena was a very special friend to me. She was so soft spoken, kind and caring. I was very sad to hear about her sudden passing. I thank God for allowing Dena’s friendship to be a part of my life. Her kind words, smile and hugs will always be with me. God Bless the family and may peace be with you. May your hearts soon be filled with memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.
