Dennis Lee Davis, 60, of Steele, Missouri, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at his home. Dennis was born in Blytheville to Robert Earl and Gail (Rhodes) Davis. He was a farmer and a member of First Baptist Church in Blytheville. Dennis enjoyed hunting and was a member of Big Head Hunt Club. He loved spending time at the lake with his family and friends. Dennis leaves his wife, Tammy Nowlin Davis of the home; his parents, Robert Earl and Gail Davis of Gosnell; four children, Mallory Dorrough (Jay) of Seguin, Texas, Jake Davis of Gosnell, Megan Robinson (Blake) of Steele, Missouri, and Holly Flowers (Mark) of Brookland, Arkansas; three brothers, Robert Davis (Linda) of Gosnell, Les Davis (Vickey) of White Hall, Arkansas, and Casey Davis (Karin) of Gosnell; one sister, Rita Dolph (Danial) of Gosnell; and two grandchildren, Ella and Lila Dorrough. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 5th at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Blytheville with Rev. Mitchell King, Jr., Dr. Max Briley, Dr. Tommie Westbrook, and Robert White officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Cobb Funeral Home. I was so sorry to learn of Dennis' death. Robert Earl, Gail, and his Aunt Maxine have been friends since High School days. God only takes the best, this time he chose Dennis. My love and sympathy goes out to all the family
