Not sure what to say?

It is so sad to hear of Danny's passing. He was a mentor of mine and as a former Marine he and I shared the same values. I too lost my wife of 45 years to cancer. November 10th wow the Marine Corps birthday how fitting. May God continue to bless you and your family

Betty: I just learned your sad news about Denny. He had such an awesome career at Home Depot. He was one of the best who made us a Fortune 500 company. Everyone loved and respected him. He had the gift to tell it like it was. There is where you two met and fell in love. A beautiful couple! You meshed your families so successfully. I am so sorry he suffered so much. My son lost his soulmate In March to cancer, too. It's such a cruel disease. Hers was of the breast, lungs and brain. We are...

To Betty, Denny's siblings and all his family,
I am sorry for your loss. I am one of Denny's first cousin from the Marvin Ryan family. My memories of Denny were in his young days. He was full of fun and enjoyed playing out door games with us.
Although I have not seen him for many years, his picture reminds me of his dad.
I send my prayers and love,
Sister Kathy Ryan, CSJ

Denny was a wonderful mentor not only at the THD but at Menards. He will always be my friend. Till I see you again, God bless you.

Denny visiting Lee, April 1962

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Ryan family. Denny and I grew up together in St Paul. From little boys to young men we literally went thru those important years together. I have so many fond memories of our adventures in the 50' + 60's. We did some pretty crazy things together. I can still see Denny's smile. I hadn't seen or talked to him in years but those memories are still fresh in my mind.

Again, my sympathies are with the Ryan family. May he rest in peace.

In my early years at THD Denny took the time to talk to me about the ins and outs of his side of the business so I could gain a broader understanding of the company. He was generous with his time and knowledge, and a great person to know.

My condolences for your loss. Wishing your family peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead, and loving memories to forever hold in your hands. May God continue to comfort you and your family. ( Psalms 9:9,10)

My heart hurts to hear the passing of such a wonderful mentor and friend. Prayer and sympathy to his family

Godspeed Denny. Thank you for all you taught me as a merchant. My condolances to all of the family.
