Not sure what to say?

Our community has lost an honored citizen, a person who demonstrated the courage of his convictions, a family man, and a model for many young people who knew him. My sincere condolences to Gale and all the family. We are all better people because of his work and tireless dedication.

Did not know Mr. Woodland personally. I did work with his son Calvin at the state hospital for many years. My condolences to all of the family, and especially you Calvin. Stay strong.

Great neighbors for 35 years,we moved 8 years ago but seems like yesterday! Many fond memories . He shall be missed.Thinking of you all ❤

We were saddened to hear of DeVon's passing! He and Sister Woodland served valiantly with us in Cambodia during the early days of the Church. He was exactly the type of spirit needed during the early days of the Church and excelled in every way. We are sure that he continues to serve on the other side and will be responsible for the saving of many souls! He was a joy and friend while serving in Cambodia and showed love wherever and when asked to serve. We ask the Lord's blessing on...

I worked as NFO Dairy Department assistant director from 1974-1978. I had the privilege of knowing Devon and admired his leadership. On an occassion or two I was asked to speak at an NFO meeting he was scheduled to speak and could not due to other commitments. I was honored. I also spoke with him a time or two by phone in recent years. He was always kind and generous. Our condolences to the Woodland family. John and Terry Bobbe, Scandinavia, WI.

Condolences, love and prayers for the family. And God bless.

When we visited you at your ranch we enjoyed our visit and the years of working with DeVon at NFO. REST IN PEACE DeVon.

Rest in peace with honor and gratitude.

I was saddened to hear of the loss of DeVon. I had the privilege of working with him at the NFO in Corning during his time as President of the organization. He was a dedicated leader and a wonderful man, you were blessed to have him in your life. I am deeply sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
