To the family:
My condolences to all of you. Kay was a much loved, long term employee of Southern New Hampshire University and a personal friend to many of us. We will surely miss her and her visits. Please let me know if I can assist in any way. Take care... Pam

Dear Donna, Diane, Cindy and family:
We are so very sorry to hear of this tragic news. We were hopeful when we went to visit your Mom at the hospital on Tuesday that we would find her in the rehab section recovering from her knee surgery. In light of what happened subsequent to her surgery, it is a blessing that God was kind enough to take Kay home and not let her suffer. We know you will miss her dearly, as we all will, as Kay was a very kind, loving, caring soul to all and a wonderful mother to you. Our heartfelt condolences.
Most sincerely,
Therese Hebert and her daughter, Lucille Cote
