Diane Blauch Foster

Diane (and her sisters) were the best of friends to our parents, Fred and Laura Koontz, for more than 70 years. I believe Diane may have been the ringleader of many pranks on Dad over the years, including celebrating Dad's 70th birthday by picketing on the main intersection of Kearney Nebraska with signs that, among other things, said "Fred Koontz gives the Golden Years a bad name."
