Diane was such a wonderful teacher, friend and colleague. We could pass each other in the hall and just look at each other and laugh. She could turn a bad day into a good day and just make you feel better. I know she was not only a great teacher, but a great friend to all of us who shared our lives with her. Peace be with you Diane and your family,

We became friends with Diane when her mother Dorothy and my mother-in-law became residents and friends at Dayspring. We enjoyed getting to know her and soon found that she was one of the kindest people we had ever known. She had such a big heart and always included my mother-in-law in whatever plans she had that day for Dorothy. We shared many good laughs and it really was a bright spot for all of us when she was around. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this very difficult time. We know she will be greatly missed. God bless you.

We were blessed to have Miss Grace as our kids teacher! She always went the extra mile - even requesting to have our son in her class again when he needed to repeat the 2nd Grade. She was an amazing, kind and caring person whom impacted not only our sons' lives, but ours as well. Her passing is a huge loss for her family and the Fairborn community.

Miss Grace was my son's second grade teacher 2 years ago. He adored her but he was headstrong and she knew just how to handle him. She was a amazing teacher and always kept me in the loop as to what was going on with him. She really cared about her students education and you could tell she loved being a teacher. Every since my son has demanded we go and visit her every time we are at the school. She will be greatly missed.

Miss grace was my sons second grade teacher. She was the best thing for him. She showed she cared that he had some struggles and addressed them through out the school year. She always made a point to talk to us if we would see her out. Thanks to her my son over come his struggles and now keeps a high GPA. Thanks for all you did you will be deeply missed.

Ms. Grace was currently my daughter's 2nd grade teacher. What a great lady who truly loved her students. I remember last year towards the end of the school year my daughter came home and said she wanted Ms. Grace for her teacher because they both loved animals and the color purple. From that day on they hit it off. May God help your family, friends and students through this difficult time.

Diane was always one of the brightest faces walking in to my Zumba class whenever her knees allowed her to join us. She always had a great smile and kind words after class, even after working her butt off for an hour! She will be missed by my wife and I very much!
