I came to know Dick and his wife Maureen after eating at "C" when I worked 2nd shift at IBM. Also frequented the Edison and Stone Hedge in West Park. He was famous for serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. I know that he will be missed by his family and numerous friends throughout Hyde Park, Dutchess and Ulster County.
