Not sure what to say?

My prayers and thoughts are with all of you during this time of loss. May the knowledge that you will be together again give you peace. God bless and comfort you. Dixie was a sweet lady.

I will never forget Mrs. Cristy and the way she always announced recess. I am proud to say that she was my 5th grade teacher. She always had an overwhelming supply of smelly stickers for those who aced her spelling tests and dictation. As a teacher myself she played a part in inspiring me to not only teach children but to love and nurture them in the process. My heart goes out to Mr. Cristy Clayton and Kent. You are in my prayers as you go through this period of grieving.

As another student of Mrs. Cristy though we knew her as Miss Smith, she did touch many lives, she was a very special person and she was one of favorite teachers. I so sorry to hear about your loss.

As a former student of Mr. Cristy's 1976 bicentennial class, I am saddened to read of her passing. My most memorable moment in her class was when we disected a cow eye that she told us came from one of her cows I think. Although 30+ years have passed since those days of youth in her class, I have often thought of her and the fantastic wonders of science she taught us all. My most sincere condolences to the family but find peace and happiness in knowing that she indeed did touch many lives in...
