Dear Judy and Family, Condolences from Chris Hutchison, formerly of Dr. Slotoroff's office. I had always enjoyed interacting with your parents, and you. May you find comfort in all of the expressions sent by everyone. Warmest Regards.

My dearest Dad
You were so special to so many people. I did not mind sharing your life with all those who loved you. My heart is broken but the memories are keeping me strong. I love you so much!

Our family was blessed to have known Dominic and share some wonderful times. You will be missed and never forgotten.
