Ron Wimprine: Rummel Class of '74
Don and I attended Rummel together. We were part of group of guys who hung around together and at times even dated the same girls. He was kind enough to offer his home if we needed to evacuate for Katrina. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. I will keep him and his family in my thoughts and prayers.

Ms. Shirley, Mr. Don, it's Susie from New Orleans, very old friend of Don's. We go back to Riverdale Dance Team and Rummel Band back in 1974. I am just so sad to hear that Don has passed away, way to young!!! We just spoke on my birthday in April, I will treasure those few minutes we got to talk. We tried to stay in touch on our birthdays and Christmas and I will be very sad when those days come without Don. I will keep Karen, you and his children in my prayers.
