I am so sorry for your loss Lori. I learned a lot I did not know about Don by reading your tribute to him. It is obvious you had a great life together. I know you will miss Don, but may you find some comfort in the many memories you have of him.

Lori so sorry for your loss. I only new Don for about five years and in those five years it was good to know he was friend. My thoughts are with you as I'm sure so many other peoples prayers and thoughts are also.

To the family, I just saw that Don had passed in the GTF New Paper while leaving for my Uncle's Funeral in Calf. He was a honest man, and straight shooter. He will be missed.
RIP Don.

Lori, sorry for your husband being taken away from you. He was a good man with many talents and ambitions and he lived a full life. Keep all those happy times in your thoughts. May God give you strength and peace during this difficult time. Proverbs 3:5&6. Love you, Lisa, Joe and Girls

Lori, What a well written obituary. You truly let everyone know about his life. I remember the good times barbecuing, horse racing, ice fishing and going to the cabin. Don always had a story to tell. He will missed by many. We am here for you anytime day or night. Love you always. Karla and Tim

Don will be dearly missed. Don and Lori have been our neighbors for 24 years, and in those two decades we had watched a hard working couple loving and living life to the fullest......but ALWAYS working hard TOGETHER whether it be on their place, with the horses, the cabin, etc.. There were hardly ever times when, it seemed, we wouldn't find them joined at the hip tackling some new endeavor. Don and Lori, both, will always be part of our fond memories of our family growing and growing up. ...
