Not sure what to say?

Val - I am so sorry to hear about Don's passing. I can still remember the first time I worked for him as a temp when I was 18 years old. He was always so kind and had such a quiet, gentle way about him. I always thought of him as a "gentle giant." I will miss him. I pray for you and your family and I know Don is smiling down right now. Love, Paula Kaddas

Valerie: Paula K told me today about Don's death. I was so saddened by the news. He and I shared experience as Eagle Scouts. I always enjoyed seeing him at the Bovet offices. As you are probably aware, when anyone wanted a civil attorney his name was the first one in my mind and on my tongue because of his intelligence, integrity, character and dedication to the people he represented. He was an original and the world will be less bright without him. My thoughts and prayers are with you...

Val, I only learned of your loss tonight from Lynette Nappi.I am so sorry for your loss. I write this on behalf of the San Mateo County Legal Secretaries Association as well; our condolences to you and your family. I know Don always supported your active participation in the association.
If you need anything, please let me know.

Tough we were casual neighbors I always enjoyed a wave and chat with Don. He was truly dedicated to his neighborhood and family.

Our sincere condolences to the Don Hansen family.

Valerie: I was so shocked and in disbelief when I heard about Don. I cannot get him out of my thoughts. Please accept my deepest sympathy for you and your family. I can still picture him (& me) hauling those ice chests out of that huge station wagon to the buses. Let me if there is anything I can do..

A life well lived. I knew Don as an ATO, one of the "old guys" who helped created that unique and wonderful place, and in NROTC. A leader and a friend then, the kind of person always in short supply.

Valerie, Don was a wonderful friend and a true great guy. It is really sad to see him go but cancer is not anyones friend. Best to you

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help at this time.
