Not sure what to say?

"Go home and eat." Uncle Don use to say that to me all the time. Til we meet again, you will be missed.

We had the pleasure of knowing Don after he married Mary. Though he was charming, had the biggest kindest heart. Would do anything for anyone without question. Loved his laugh over the phone! Was always sending thoughtful little gifts to us, just an example how he always thought of others. He truly lived his life as an example of Christ. God bless you.

GOOD FRIEND A BROTHER F.F. GODFATHER TO MY KIDS WILL BE GREATLY MISSED

Its been way too long since the last time I saw Chief. He was my Godfather and a wonderful man. I remember running away to his house when I was a little girl, playing the slot machines with him and my brothers, and admiring the coke can airplanes. I will never forget him as he touched my life and so many others.

Our condolences to the Parker family - we've been blessed to call Don and Mary friends. Fr. Fitz gave Don to us at a church carnival not too long after we moved to Florida; I'm afraid our boys (9 and 10 years old then) wore him out. We adopted him into our family and he helped us guide our boys through all of their major milestones from elementary school through high school, and then college into the military. However, it's always been more than just being friends; from the beginning we've...

Uncle Don was one of a kind, he'd tell you how it is,but a very caring person. We'll miss you an love you. I'm sure your probably having a good old time with Dad. We'll always remember your laugh.

Don was a friend and inspiration. A leader of the church ushers. A person that will be missed.

Uncle Don was such a personality, that it is difficult to imagine the world without him. He has a central role in so many of my happy memories growing up: playing with Peanut, summers spent swimming in the pool, the firework displays every Fourth of July and New Years Eve. That is just a tiny sample from a very long list! He was so much more than my great uncle or neighbor, he was really like a grandfather to me. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Really wish we could...

In loving memory of a wonderful uncle. We will love you and miss you always.
