Not sure what to say?

Out of the blue I had a feeling since I have not seen Don at QFC that I checked this. I started out playing hockey in the 60'as a small kid, he came to me my hero and even wrote "DON WARD" on my hockey bag. I also played defense as he did, God bless you my hero, you make a impact in my life. I still have the org pic of him showed here!!

I'm so sorry to hear about Mr. Ward. I spent many nights at the Ward's house on magnolia. I was a classmate of Debbie's rip.

Annie, Joe and families.
My heart aches for all of you, Donnie was a huge part of our lives, my children and I are very saddened for your loss. God Bless all of you and keep you in his loving arms.
Dolores Flournoy and the Sorenson family

Coach Ward will be missed.although only a season playing for Wardie,he was a big influence in the remaining years of my youth hockey and in my coaching of the game.God Bless.- Mike "Rodo" Rodovsky

My prayers go out to the Ward family. Donnie was such a gentle giant. He made me feel so welcome when I moved to Seattle in 1977. I can close my eyes today and still see that warm and loving smile.

He was a gentle giant of a man.I knew him growing up as a Seattle Totem but got to know him personally during his softball years. He still had that menacing look because of his stature but he was a Teddy bear inside.I am sorry to learn of his death but will cherish those memories. My condolences to his family. He was the "salt of the earth".

What a lovely service for Donnie. The reception, especially, was perfect. Old friends and family to re-connect with, just what he would have enjoyed. Anne, you have a lovely family that Wardie was so very proud of. We are will miss him, but value our friendship. All the best,

My Mom and I would like to thank all the friends and relatives that wrote a message in my Fathers Guest Book the memories and kind words are very heart warming to read and we will continue to come back and read them for many years, Thank You again to everyone that signed in and all the people who where present at my Dads Memorial service it filled both are hearts to see so many of Wardies friends come to say good bye, from my heart thank you Anne and Joe
