Donald was a very special person at Theodore High School where he loved to serve people in any way possible. One who was very intelligent in many technical subjects. Subjects far beyond the scope of teenagers during our tenure. His mind concept was far more advanced than the “average” person of surroundings. My Condolences to the Woodard Family. Donald and I matriculated at Bishop State Community College, before graduating (honors) in '86. We often served in campus organizations and mentored students. We will miss our friend and remember his smile and giving Spirit.
