Donnell Whidbee ELIZABETH CITY - Donnell "Phats" Whidbee, 24, of the 1400 block of Walkers Ave., died Sept. 2, 2008. A funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City. Stallings Funeral Home is in charge.
