News about Brother Bowman’s sickness and death was received with deep sadness. The death of the saints is reason for rejoicing in Heaven, on earth; death leaves a feeling of great sorrow. My first memories of Bro. Bowman take me back to my childhood, in one of the first campmeetings in the field of Mexico, where he came to preach. I have known Don Bowman and his family my whole life. He was always so kind every time I saw him. He lived a life that showed he loved Jesus and others.
Praying for the family today that they will feel Jesus close by.
