Not sure what to say?

Dear Phil and family,
I just learned this evening of the death of your mom last fall. We are all so sorry for your loss and extend our warmest regards.

Phil and Sue, I extend my condolences to you and your family. You're mother was truly one of a kind! i enjoyed her over many years of her coming into my salon. Haven't seen her in years but did drop her a Christmas card a few years ago just to let her know that I had not forgotten her. I know she will be missed.RIP Doris you lovely lady!
