Dear Barb and family
So very sorry for the loss of your mother. Many hours and many conversations we enjoyed as she was doing my hair and nails. Nothing was ever too much for her when it come to other people. She also came to do my daughter's hair when she passed away at age 22. While busy doing hair someone from her rentals popped in with a problem she was right there with arm around the person and taking care of the situation. Why I am saying this I don't know because anyone knowing...

I haven't seen Doris is a long time, but I'll never forget back in the 80's when she met me at her shop at 6:30 in the morning, on her day off, so she could fix my broken fingernail before work! She was a doll. Always going out of her way for people.

Jim, Barbara and all of Doris's family, friends and loved ones. I am so sorry for your loss. May I give you some comfort to know she is gently resting in the palm of God's hand. No more pain, suffering, or sorrow. She was a good woman and I was glad to get to know her and her wonderful husband Jim. May God bless you and give you all comfort at this time and always. God's peace and love always, Chris

I've had the privilege to provide care for Doris and she was the most absolute pleasant woman I've ever came across ... Always smiling and laughing making my days just as bright as she saw her own ... I love you my beauty queen and i will miss your face, laugh, smile and love you gave to me....rest in paradise

Barb, sons and daughters and family so sorry to read of Doris passing. She was a wonderful person.

Condolences to Doris's family. She was a good friend to my mother, Marcleda Houck. Mom looked forward to her appt. at Doris's shop every Friday morning. If Mom didn't show up for her appt., Doris would call or show up at her door to check on her.
