From Nancy
You were always there for me when I came home from school which was important that day. We had some crazy times at home in the evening playing games, especially Pit. Evie would stay too long and Robert would come to get her and he would stay and play. Carol Bailey Dibble would be able to come sometimes in the evening. She being the oldest of 12 didn't have much time to get out and play
However in the evening she could join us sometimes. She recently...

Dear Ann, I am sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a grand lady. Sincerely, Vic Millard

I was so very blessed to be Mom's daughter-in-law. She always made me feel comfortable in her home and accepted me as a member of her family. She lived her life with grace and quiet manner, and she shared unqualified love with her family and friends. I thank her for the loving relationship she developed with my children and grandchildren - it was truly special. She was such a wonderful, sweet lady, and I will miss her very much.

Ann, I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. Such a wonderful lady ! My thoughts and prayers to you.

The memories of visiting Papa and Grandma in their home in New Albany I will cherish for as long as I live. I only hope that I have as great an influence upon my grandchildren as Grandma had upon me.

Sorry for your loss.

One of the amazing things about stars is that as they approach the end of their life they swell and get larger... and once they die, they give off energy that makes new stars. There is no doubt the Doris' influence expanded as I new her and her energy will continue to grow over time in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I feel very blessed to have been able to know her and be enriched by her.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and grandmother who sacrificed her entire life for the betterment of those around her. All of those that have been touched by her will forever be blessed to have come in contact with such a kind, caring and wonderful woman. Thank you so much for your friendship, your love and all of the great memories Grandma. We love you so much and we will miss you dearly.
