Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to the Cooke family . I just became aware of Mrs Cooke's passing . Janet was such a kind and loving woman . She was a true friend and support system to my mother who died of cancer in 1980. I always admired the love the Cooke family had for one another . Mrs Cooke will be greatly missed .

It has been many, many years since I have seen Janet. Growing up across the street from the Cooke's in Saratoga was a great memory for me. Janet was always so beautiful and organized and strong. I was able to visit them while they were stationed in Hawaii and while Mary was working, Janet would take me around show me all the great places to see. She was so awesome and she will be truly missed. But heaven is all the better now. My love to all the family.

My deepest condolences to the Cooke family. I really appreciate getting to know Janet and working with her in the community she loved so much. The beauty in the community has a lot to do with her. I am truly sorry for your loss, God bless you Janet.

A terrific role model for Terry as a Marine Wife, Mother and Lady. Janet was a pleasure and a privilege to know. We share a deep sadness for your loss.
Love,
Jim and Terry Burke

God's Garden

He knew that you were suffering, He knew you were in pain, He knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids, and...

I am so happy to have met Janet. She impressed me as a lovely person and from what I have heard I know she was truly a woman of substance. May God comfort and bless you all. Aretta Engelhardt

My condolences to a GREAT AMERICAN family.

Janet seemed to have an inexhaustible supply of cheerfulness and energy, and a zingy sense of humor to keep her and everyone around her going. A grand girl, greatly missed.
