Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry for the loss of Dorothy. I didn't know Dorothy very long as she was a patient across from my Mum in the hospital for only a few days. But in that short time I learned quickly to appreciate her honesty and her kindness - especially towards my Mum (something I will never forget). She wanted to smell my Mum's two roses as well as see her stuffed dog (such a soft side of her was shown). I feel sad as I remember leaving the hospital on Christmas Eve with Dorothy and another lady...

Please accept our deepest sympathy for the passing of your dear Mom, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Dorothy for many years while keeping her house tidy. I will surely miss this dear lady and am truly thankful that she believed in her Lord. Just knowing that she is with her Saviour must be a wonderful blessing for you .
