Dorothy E Lessard

LEWISTON - Dorothy E. Ricci Lessard, 90, of Lewiston, died Saturday, Sept. 2, at Montello Manor in Lewiston. She was born in Brunswick Maine on June 20, 1927, the daughter of the late Albert and Ida (Morin) Kirouac. She received her education in the Lewiston school system. She married Antonio Ricci of Providence Rhode Island on November 6, 1943 in Lewiston. Antonio died on November 26, 1989. She later married Ernest Lessard of Manchester, N.H. on April 10, 1992. They spent their winters traveling to Florida. Dorothy very much enjoyed traveling, shopping and dining out. She was very close with her granddaughter Lori. She worked at White Rock Distilleries for 37 years until her retirement in June 1992. She was a past member of St. Patrick's Church, Covenant 50 and Horizon 55. Dorothy is survived by her granddaughter, Lori Ricci Catalanotto of Warwick, N.Y.; and her great grandson, Casey Catalanotto; her daughter-in-law Jeannine Ricci; and her sisters, Connie Morin and Gloria Chaloux. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husbands, Antonio Ricci and Ernest Lessard; her son, Richard D. Ricci; and her brothers, Paul, Raymond, Roland and Marcel Kirouac.
